After you have performed the test communication, you must transmit a TEST submission.
All users are required to perform a Test communication before forms can be submitted in the Production system.
This process changes the mode of your TCC from Test to Production.
When you have successfully processed a Test submission, the status on your TCC page will change from T to P.
Steps to perform this test.
| 1. | Go to IRIS A2A Filer and Check the box for TEST Mode. |
| 2. | On the Dataset manager, click Find Datasets and locate the dataset called "TestSubmitData.mtw" and add it into the manager. |
| 3. | Open the "TestSubmitData" - DO NOT EDIT this data. |
| 4. | Make sure you are still in TEST MODE and Go to the IRIS Generate option and generate for ONE of the Form Types |
| 5. | Still in Test Mode, Go to IRIS Submit / Upload, select the test generation, start a session and submit the Test Data. Once the submit finishes, close the Submit window. |
| 6. | Go to the IRIS Check Status window and with the Session still active (or start another if it's not), click Update Status. |
| 7. | If the Status changes to Accepted, you are all set, if it says Submitted or Processing you may need to wait a few minutes and re-check. If after 15 minutes you do not receive an Accepted status, select the submission and click the Get Details button. This will check for errors. |
| 8. | Once you receive an Accepted status you have successfully submitted a test. |
| 9. | Locate the Receipt ID from the Test report on the Status Update screen - click Copy Receipt to copy to the clipboard - you will need this for the ATS Review. |
| 10. | Call the IRIS HelpDesk for an ATS Review. |
TestSubmitData.mtw should be installed into your DATA folder. If it is not, contact support for a copy.
