Main Screen

We have grouped menu choices in a workflow fashion. The Data Manager view is for switching between datasets and for managing the filings with the IRS and SSA.

Company Maintenance

This screen is for entering all the details related to the business that is filing the 1099s and W2. This data can be imported from QuickBooks.

Company Contact Info

This information is used in forms and e-filing.....

Company W2 Information

This is where you set some options related to W2s.

IRS Filer

This is account information you setup with the IRS on their IRS Fire system.

SSA Filer Information

This is the account information you setup with the Social Securities Business Services (BSO).

W2 List

This displays a list of the entries you have in this dataset for W2s.

1099 List

This screen shows all the entries you have in this Dataset for each type of 1099.

Vendor List

Vendors can be edited during 1099 Entry or from this list.

Vendor Edit

This screen is used for edit a vendors information.
